Shipping policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 and 12 weeks.


I never received my order. What do I do?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. That is the responsibility of the USPS and subsequent international postal carriers. It is also YOUR responsibility that you typed the shipping address correctly.

If we receive a returned package due to an address error, we will get in touch with you and try to resend the package. Please check and double-check to make sure your address is spelled and numbered correctly when placing your order.

If you choose, we can simply send you a refund for any undeliverable/returned shipments. We must receive the item back in its entirety before this option can be offered.


Do you ship outside of the US?

We sure do! Shipping rates will be calculated automatically when checking out.
Note: We are currently no longer shipping products to Mexico.

Due to COVID-19, USPS has suspended shipping to certain countries. See this website for the full list of countries we don't ship to.


Why not Mexico? I feel so singled out!

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our store and Mexico's customs have had many unfortunate instances and shipments can take far too long to arrive at their destination (1-2 months) or are shipped back to us and marked as undeliverable. Instead of having to deal with multiple upset/disappointed customers, we've decided to no longer ship products to Mexico.
